This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website or get in touch. We have kept it plain. If anything is unclear, just ask.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what we need to reply to you.

• When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to put in your message (and a phone number if you give one). We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote and plan your project.
• We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party profiling on this site. We do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Lawful basis. We handle your enquiry on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We will only send you marketing if you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site and reach you. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for these purposes:

• Resend delivers the email of your enquiry to us. It handles the message in transit.
• Supabase / Lovable host the website and store your enquiry securely.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where we are legally required to. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any resulting work, and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We delete them when they are no longer needed.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies that make it work. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is legally required. We show a brief, honest notice anyway, because we would rather you heard it from us.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email us at the address above and we will sort it.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we would always rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. The current version always lives at this page.
