Answer
Is a resin driveway permeable?
Resin-bound is permeable and needs no planning permission; resin-bonded is not.
In short
Resin-bound surfacing is porous and is normally treated as permeable, so a resin-bound driveway needs no planning permission at any size and lets water soak through on site. Resin-bonded surfacing, despite the similar name, is not permeable. For a driveway, resin-bound is almost always the right choice.
